Director of Customer Care
Nina DeMarco serves as the Customer Care director within the Shared Services Center. In this role, she is responsible for leading her team to provide a high-functioning customer service experience in support of our faculty, staff and students.
The Customer Care team is responsible for providing a streamline support of information and answers. This team is the front line of support, the trouble shooting experts and the link to other areas that can assist our customers. It is both a blessing and a privilege to help others as we strive to create a collaborative trust with our customers.
Nina’s background is in human resources and leading a shared services contact center in both the private and public sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
