Katerina Vero
Director of Operational Excellence
Katerina has been a key leader in the Shared Services Center since its inception. Her commitment to bringing added value to our customers shows in her passion to understand their needs and motivations while streamlining business processes. Prior to her Shared Services role as the Operational Excellence Director, Katerina lead multiple projects on the continuous improvement team and served as a Customer Care Manager at the time of the Shared Services Center’s launch.
During her time at the University, Katerina has served multiple roles supporting both human resources and financial management. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. Her well-rounded background of institutional knowledge plays a significant part in developing and maintaining service relationships across campus.
