Follow the steps below to access Salesforce. Here you can submit and track service requests, chat with a Customer Care representative, access frequently asked questions and share information with your WVU colleagues.

Access Salesforce via the WVU Portal

Connect to the Salesforce Community in a few simple steps:

  1. Use your WVU credentials and Duo two-factor authentication to log in to
** Salesforce is not compatible with Internet Explorer. We     recommend using Google Chrome for best results.

  1. Under the Help section, select the Shared Services option.

  1. Choose your affiliation.

    Note: If you are paid by both WVU and WVU Medicine, choose the WVU Medicine option.
